Terms of Service

1. The Service

Bookify provides a booking page, calendar synchronization, payment routing, and reminders. You use the Service to schedule appointments with your clients. Your clients are not party to these Terms — they interact with you under whatever agreement you have with them.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to open an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

3. Subscriptions, seats, and SMS credits

• Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, in advance via Creem.
• SMS credits are sold separately as one-time top-ups. Purchased credits never expire.
• Included monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• You can change plans, add or remove seats, and cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Customer payments

When you enable payment collection on an event type, charges are processed via Stripe Connect Express or PayPal Commerce Platform. Funds flow directly from your customer to your merchant account. Bookify never holds your customers' money and charges no platform fee. Refund decisions, chargeback handling, and tax compliance are your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send unsolicited bulk email or SMS (spam);
• impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or hateful content;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written permission;
• circumvent rate limits, feature gates, or other technical access controls.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. Soft-deleted data is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of fraud, abuse, or legal compulsion.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pantazi Software's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule of your country of residence provides otherwise.
