+How does per-seat pricing work?
One seat covers one teammate with their own booking page, working hours, and event types. Free gives you a single personal seat. Start and Pro let you add as many seats as your team needs.
+Can I change plans or add seats anytime?
Yes. Upgrades and seat additions kick in right away and are pro-rated to the day. Downgrades and seat removals take effect at the end of your current billing period.
+What happens to my SMS credits if I downgrade?
Credits you purchased stay with your organization forever, no matter the plan. The monthly included credits reset on each billing cycle to whatever your new plan includes.
+Are there any platform fees on customer payments?
No. Stripe and PayPal send the payout straight to your merchant account. Bookify never touches the funds and takes zero percent.
