What the Stripe integration does
- Direct-to-merchant flow via Stripe Connect — money goes straight from the booker to your Stripe account.
- Bookify takes zero percent. The only deduction is Stripe's own per-transaction fee (their published rate).

- Refund any past booking with one click from the dashboard — the credit hits your booker's card.
How to connect Stripe
- Open /dashboard/payments and click 'Connect Stripe'.
- Complete Stripe's Express onboarding (about 3 minutes — business name, ID, bank account).
- Return to Bookify; the connection turns Active automatically.
- On any event type, toggle 'Collect payment' and set the price.
- Bookers see Stripe's payment form on the booking page — payouts hit your Stripe balance per Stripe's normal schedule.

+Does Bookify take a cut of customer payments?
No. Bookify charges nothing on the payments your customers make. The only fee deducted is Stripe's own transaction rate.
+How fast do payouts arrive?
On Stripe's standard schedule — usually 2 business days for the first payout, then daily or weekly depending on your country and account history.
+What happens to the money if a booking is canceled?
You can refund the booking in one click from Bookify; Stripe issues the credit back to the original card. The funds return on Stripe's normal refund timeline (5–10 business days).
