Branding & booking page
Make the public booking page feel like yours, not like a Bookify page with your name on it.
What you can change (Free)
- Organization name
- Timezone
- Support email (used as the Reply-To on confirmation emails)
- Website URL (linked from the booking page footer)
- Refund policy text
What you can change (Start & Pro)
Available onStartPro
- Logo — upload a square PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG (max 1 MB). Shown above the booking page header and in confirmation emails. Raster uploads are auto-converted to WebP for fast loading.
- Brand color— hex code that becomes the booking page's accent color: selected slot, primary button, calendar highlight. Pick something with enough contrast against white.
- Custom URL slug — change
bookify.one/<your-org>to whatever name you want, as long as it's available and isn't reserved. - Remove "Powered by Bookify" footer — drops the small Bookify attribution at the bottom of the public booking page, so the page reads as your own site.
- Custom email templates — write your own confirmation, reminder, and cancellation emails using the WYSIWYG editor. See Email & templates.
Settings page layout
Everything lives under Dashboard → Settings in four tabs:
- Organization — name, slug, timezone
- Booking page — logo, brand color, support email, website, "remove branding"
- Refund policy — plain text editor
- Privacy & data — export, delete, cookie preferences
How customization applies
- On the public booking page, your brand color and logo appear immediately after you save.
- In emails, your logo and brand color are applied to the system template header. Custom templates inherit them too.
- In the booker self-service pages (cancel, reschedule, view booking), same treatment.
Live preview
The Booking page tab has a live mini-preview showing exactly how the public page will look as you change settings. The preview updates as you type — nothing is published until you click Save.
