Three plans — Free, Start, Pro. Per-seat pricing. Annual billing saves 13%. All plans include unlimited bookings — we don't throttle the core thing the product exists to do.

Billing cycles

You can pay monthly or annually. Annual is billed up-front but priced ~13% lower per month than monthly. Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately. Downgrades and seat removals take effect at the end of the current period.

Adding & removing seats

On Start and Pro, you pay per active seat per month. Adding a seat is an immediate pro-rated charge through Creem. Removing a seat takes effect at period end so we don't accidentally bill someone you just removed for the rest of the month.

Trying things out

Free is genuinely free, forever, with no credit card. You can sign up, take real bookings, send email reminders, and connect one calendar without paying. Upgrade when you actually need a teammate, payment collection, or custom branding.

How payments work for us vs you

Bookify subscription payments (what you pay us) run through Creem. Your customer payments (what your clients pay you for bookings) run through Stripe Connect or PayPal Commerce, directly to your merchant account. The two flows are completely separate.
